A big THANK YOU to Christine!!!
All Rogue Performers:
River Park has given Rogue Performers an opportunity to preview their
shows (just as for Art Hop) for 10 to 15 minutes out in the plaza in
front of the Edwards movie theatre!
This is a great chance to strut the Rogue in front of an audience which knows VERY LITTLE about the Rogue (trust me, I live in NE Fresno)!
Let's get the word out and draw this unwitting and untapped audience to
join us at the Rogue Performance Festival! There are outlets for boom boxes and heavy foot traffic along a large plaza where diners and movie goers are ample.
WHEN? Friday night (2/23) and all day and evening Saturday (2/24).
Also, next weekend (Friday evening 3/3 and Saturday 3/4 all day) duringthe Rogue, if you are between performances or are not scheduled, it'sanother chance to let people in NE Fresno know that THE ROGUE IS GOING ON RIGHT NOW!
HOW DO I SIGN UP? Email me (Christine Autrand Mitchell) and JaguarBennett simultaneously to let us know when you are interested inperforming.
Bring NO FLYERS - it's the law, just yourselves and a poster to put up on the sandwich board we'll have available. Contact us before showing up so we can schedule you! Multiple performances are welcomed.

I just want to say that I think this went very well! Many people stopped to look at the sandwich board (so make sure you have a good sized poster), and to ask questions. I would suggest that you mention your name and the RogueFestival occassionally during your performance -- that seemed to encourage people to come closer and ask questions.
