1. How many years have you performed for the Rogue Festival?
I have been involved with the Rogue Festival for about 5 years and I have performed in 3.
2. What was it about this show that made you want to write and perform it?
Family dynamics and the struggles of growing up are great source material for comedy. My family is as dysfunctional as they come and my childhood was filled with a lot of weird turns. Sharing all of this not only makes people laugh but its a great way for me to gain prospective on my life
3. It seems you talk about a lot of personal issues, are you worried about what peple might think?
No, most people have skeletons in there closet. When I share my deeply personal events it’s cathartic for the audience and for me. I gave up long ago trying to please everyone. It can’t be done so why bother? just be yourself.
4. You (as wellas Jayne) talk about sex in your shows, why this topic?
Who doesn’t like sex? Sex is fun to do and fun to talk about. I’ve done many stupid things in the pursuit of a good bang and most people like a good laugh at the expense of another person.
5. Who helped you in the process of putting this show together?
I have to give credit to Christopher Titus, his story telling style is my inspiration. I also bounce ideas off of friends and my wife, both of whom are good sports when I include then in my story’s.
6. Are you planning on writing another show?
Next years show is all ready in the works and I am planing on doing more comedy gigs around town.
7. What would you want the audience to know before seeing your show?
Come and have a good time. It’s OK to laugh at my stupidity and feel free to join Jayne and I at the Starline grill after the show

1. This was your first show, what made you want to write and perform a one woman show?
I started blogging in the spring of ‘05 – sharing lots of my stories. Marcel kept encouraging me to continue writing — which I did. In 2006 he and my friend Steve Karwoski (Adventures of a Substitute Teacher) started telling me I should do a show. I was able to delay that until this last year –it was time I “put up, or shut up.” I hate shutting up, so I decided to put up. Please note: I did not say, “Put out.”
2. How was your experience?
It was a lot of fun! I received so much support from my fellow Rogues and Rogue attendees.
3. You talk about ‘going to the store’, where did this phrase originate?
Geez, I wish I could take credit for it — but I can’t. The phrase originated at one of the infamous BBQ’s at Marcel’s house. As I remember, Jag Bennet and Joel Dyer began a discussion about a cashless society, and different mediums of payment. Ummm…..one was suggested that would make men willing to make numerous trips to the store. We then took it to the next level…… Does that make sense? If not, come see my show — it’ll make sense afterwards, I promise!
4. Who helped you with this process?
Do the voices in my head count?

In addition to them, I would have to credit both Marcel Nunis and Steve Karwoski for editing and performance advice.
5. Are you planning on writing another show?
Yes……but I don’t know if me and the voices-in-my-head can get it done on time…..
6. What do you want the audience to know before coming in to see your show?
That my toe is no longer missing….
