When I walk outside, I am bombarded by images and color. Science tells us these images are read by our eyes and decoded in our brain. One may question what was lost in the message; what does my brain make up, and what do I really see? My art reflects this juxtaposition of reality and illusion.

Very few folks review the art, and I think it’s as much a part of the Rogue as anything, so here goes:

Erynn’s work isn’t my cup of tea, but it was interesting, and I found myself peeking over at it during the shows I saw…something intriguing about it.

I like that she clearly spent much time on this. Ashtree is also showing Aileen’s fun tribute to pop art, and pop art doesn’t always require as much time or effort to pull off (due to it’s nature, methinks), and Erynn’s is clearly thoughtful and well done.

The one thing I noticed is the lack of pricing for her art…is it not for sale??
