Linda Lloyd Pitts

Linda was born in New York and raised in Fresno. Her early years were influenced by annual summers in Chicago where she studied at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Nature has always been her fascination and the close relationship she’d developed with the environment is expressed through her images. Linda chooses vivid colors and a unique impressionistic approach to represent her feelings of the moment, as she lives each painting. A loss of sight in her right eye and its partial restoration has imprinted and intensified her appreciation of color and changed her visualization of the natural world.
