Bold and Aggressive
The concepts are rich and diverse. Beth is not afraid to put extreme emotions on the line. The last composition was a powerful interaction of a visual artist using charcoal with Beth "dancing in the art". This is a powerful metaphor of the ultimate artistic expression - in the moment. The artist feeds the power of the dancer hanging on to the richest of artistic moments knowing that they are so rare and fleeting.

I haven't been affected like this since Emspace from last year.

Beth's skills are undeniable, and certainly big-city - she flows with her long limbs, and has a very powerful core to effortlessly carry out what would be tough moves for other dancers.

But that's not the allure...Beth infuses emotion into every part of her being, from cute flirty faces and genuine in-character smiles and anguish, to full body conveyance of the complexity of her feelings.

She did two shows today, and the first was very good for all the above reasons.

The second, however, transcended 'good,' and took me to a state of being both good and bad, touching into personal emotions I frankly wanted to keep away, but her artistry left me no choice.

I agree with the other poster-the last piece of her show is brilliant, intellectual, and still deeply affecting.

This show is NOT to be missed. Period.

Truly an experience that takes you to places beyond dance. It makes we want to see it again and again. Amazing collaboration with different forms of art and the emphasis it puts on the connection of them as a whole. A MUST SEE!!
