This was a very nicely done film. It made me feel pretty good about living in Fresno. Of the three videos shown at Javawava this came across as the most professional and polished.

The Javawava was packed to the point of turning away people so come early if you want to sit down. Many of the people in the audience were in the films so maybe by the second showing that won't be an issue

Wonderful film. Bits of humor, bits of sentimentality, lots of intelligence. It spoke to and for the whole bunch of us who have gone to live in other places and then returned to make the Central Valley our home as adults. I really really liked the interview segments. (and hey, the music weren't half bad either--ha!)--the dedication to my brother made me proud. thanks for that too.

[this next bit a comment about the venue, not the specific films]
----I'm really happy the film part of Rogue has found a home at Java Wava and I'm thankful for what they provide, but I do think we need to find a slightly better audio system for them for next year. Let's find some smart boomerang-er that can make that happen!
