A fun juxtaposition of wholesome organs (the instrument variety, not the biology variety) and the not-so-wholesome Tony Imperatrice. All kidding aside, Tony weaves together his autobiographical story with that of organs, and he does so with great animation and humor without coming off as self-indulgent (I’m sometimes weary of autobiographical shows, but my weariness was unnecessary). Tony also uses well chosen and well timed organ music tracks to enhance his stories. I wish he would have played the organ a bit more (though we do get a few seconds here and there), but perhaps that’s for another show.

Alright, I've got to chime in on this show seeing as how I'm in some of the stories . . . First of all, this is my husband and yes, I knew all the stories before this and no, those are not my legs in the photo. (When he asked my to pose, I said, I don't think so, you'll need to get someone else for that.) Anyway, the stories are true, Tony shares honestly and makes you laugh! It's a lot of fun and where else but the Rogue would an organist get to share music and talk candidly about those behind the scenes taboo subjects. You'll want to see this one!
Tony is not just a good musician; in this show, he's also a stand-up comic, a crafty impersonator, and a brave soul who reveals his steamy past and his road to recovery. A funny and poignant performance!
